The shipping and handling cost makes you think that it will be provided to you easily and quickly which is false. It showed up on different days, second delivery was delivered to the wrong address and the driver makes you bring it up the flights of stairs you may have.

I only give this a 4 star because the customer service has been amazing to me. When i assembled my couch, the legs on the right side of the couch started to cave in. They sent me a new right side of the couch. About a week after I reassembled the couch with the new side, the left legs then started to cave in. They then sent me another left side. Since reassembling the new pieces, the left side is starting to cave again a little bit, but not nearly has bad as before. The couch is very comfortable and super cute. It’s also a great thing to have in a small space and it’s very convenient. I worry though, that over time of pulling it back and forth from the wall will cause these legs to collapse also. The attachment to the legs of the couch (the wood where the legs screw in) can use some improvement

It was delivered quickly and assembly was not too difficult. It is more like 3 stars for comfort. It is very stiff and it has ridges that are uncomfortable. I got it for an additional sleeping space for guests. With a foam topper it might be alright to sleep on. My daughter likes the firmer cushions, so you might like that. The design is modern and sleek. It came with two pillows, which was a nice bonus.

I really like the look of it. Only sat in twice. It seems very sturdy. It looks inviting to sit on but not so comfortable. It bit hard.

Hardly any cushion to it, it's hard to sit on. I still enjoy it, and it was easy to assemble. Just wish it had more padding to the cushions.

absolutely the easiest to put together. It looks so stylish and sits so well. I like the easiness of letting the back down in a choice of distance. The legs...very sturdy. My sister uses it in her bedroom for company, relaxing to watch tv, and for taking naps. Very happy with this sofa.

Honestly wasnt expecting to love it maybe just tolerate it because of the price but it looks GREAT, it's firm but still comfortable and super easy to put together. Really glad i purchased it.

I'm not impressed. The couch is hard and the way the arm rests are put on they are not very secure. The seat is narrow. So while this is advertised as being able hold quite a nut of weight it is not designed for a big person to sit on duevto the depth if the seat.
