Got this for my boy's nanny to gift him for his birthday today as he always wants to look at my phone every time I take a photo.I charged it and set it up ready to give to him a couple of weeks ago, so I assume the battery lost some charge while laying idle.My boy loved it, went straight for it, used it for a couple of hours constantly, chasing his friends around the house at the party.I can't comment fully on the picture quality as I haven't downloaded them yet and his skills are still pretty poor, but at 40mb I expect something decent.There are lots of frames and fun settings to play with, I think any child would have a great time.I was happy paying full price but when I went to purchase it, it had a huge voucher on which meant nanny could get something else.I would definitely buy again, hopefully this will last until he's ready to move to a proper digital camera.

Fairly easy for a small child to grasp how to use given time and encouragement. Firstly just pointed and clicked at everything. Lots of pictures of doorknobs etc. 😂. Took about a day and half for him to realise how to look at the screen and frame a decent shot. Picture that is taken remains on the screen for a few seconds, after that the only way to view them or delete them is via a pc or laptop etc. But it is a great toy. Helps with creativity, understanding perspective and gives a lot of pleasure.
