BALLIIHOO Twin Lever Bottle Capper for Crown Caps

I was recommended this capper. Used it for the first time, and it's far superior to the Young's plastic capper I previously had. It's quick and easy to use and it looks sturdy too (metal and plastic). Very impressed!

had to squirt wd40 on all the moving parts as quite stiff when arrived, and there are a lot of moving parts. Never used one before and the first few caps did not work. Once I had it working it was great. Made in Italy and not China. Good value for the price.

I bought one of the Aluminium crowners at last. Arrived stiff, but works SO much better than the plastic one I'd been struggling with recently. The plastic ones tend to have too much play, I find. My old one broke one of the side guide bits off within a week of buying it, and while it was still useable for the next year or two, eventually it became so loose as to be almost unusable.Weird getting used to ccrowned bottles not having the circle in the middle now, though...

Once I got the hang of it, worked a treat!

It was hard to use to start with but got the knack of it after 20 odd bottles.

A simple bottle capper, works well and easy to use. Seems pretty robust so it will last well. Does not hold the cap prior sealing but not really an issue.
