My granddaughter will be running sprints for her middle school this spring. In anticipation of seeing the next Florence Joyner (grandfather's dream...LOL) I ordered these spikes to kick off her track career. The spikes are well built, not like the cheaper spikes that came with her track shoes. The quantity (120 pcs) will carry her well through her high school track years and provide her grandfather will many moments to cherish. Good product, great quantity, nice price for your track star.

This is a nice and portable little kit, complete with the install tool. The spikes are awesome and the threads engage very snugly in my Nike shoe. I took a side-by-side pic of the spike that came with my Nike next to the ParaDance spike (on the right). The ParaDance threads are slightly longer and they seat well in the shoe. These spikes are a bit sharper than the Nike brand, too. They performed well in my track meet!

Good spikes, they fit well in Nike shoes. Wrench is good as well. Good buy.
