I think I jinxed the weather. As soon as my cover arrived, literally within the hour, it started snowing in Essex for the first time this year! It was only a very light dusting but I'm sure that was my fault, sorry guys.The cover seems to be just the job though! It took me a minute or so to work out what way it goes on the car as its just a mass of material and string when you first unwrap it. I soon worked out that the dayglo stripes go to the front of the wing mirrors and from there it was just a case of looking for anchor points for the elastic straps. They would not quite reach to the back wheels without putting strain on the elastic so I just clipped them to the rear arches and they hold fine.As you see from the photos, if you get wind under it the cover will billow up but it won't stop it from doing it's job. My roof bars are partly to blame for this as they allow quite a gap for wind to get under.It fits the wing mirrors and car profile very well (Dacia Duster) and could almost be made for this car.There's an overlap onto the bonnet to stop snow getting into the top grill and windscreen wiper base.Hopefully screen clearing will now be one less job to do this winter.Update 3/2/2018: After being on the car for a while in the wind I found some of the seams came apart. Due to this, one of the straps came off and left it flapping in the wind. I have now resewn all the corners to a much more secure state than they were before. A little disappointing.

Last winter was a pain for clearing the car of frost. Scraping it off was a pain and warm water just froze again. So I’ve got something designed for the job this time.It fits well – I wasn’t sure as my car isn’t exactly standard shape; more like a van, but I needn’t have been concerned. The cover is quite a generic shape and once the wing mirror covers are on and in place the rest, well... just fits. There are elasticated hooks that hold the cover securely in place so if it’s windy it will still stay 100% in place. And best of all it does the job. Even the wing mirrors were clear. It’s very easy to fold up and put away in the waterproof bag supplied. I simply put it in the boot of the car and all done.The description says it can double as a sunshade in the summer – The chance would be nice!I’m happy to recommend this – there’s absolutely no need to mess about cleaning off the car, just get one for winter and have a stress free start.

Overall I’m satisfied with this product and it has done the job it promises. I’ve been using it for good couple of weeks and it has got me through the recent icy and snowy weather and I haven’t needed to de-ice or scrape the windscreen. I noticed it billowing in the wind slightly, one evening but the windscreen was still frost free the next bring and the cover still completely in place. It fits my Vauxhall Zafira perfectly. The only negative point is that the elastic straps did not come without hooks attached so I have been resorting to winding the rearmost strap around the rear door handles and leaving the front straps dangling. It’s only after reading recent reviews that I’ve discovered it *should* have hooks.

The screen cover is very good - the material is durable and has excellent quality, fits well on different cars. That is the reason to point two stars instead of one only!I bought two items during last year and all of them have problems with the straps. The first one - the straps for rear wheels was to short. Because it is not a problem to fix it - I did it without any complaining. But the second one I receive it without wheel hooks. It was for gift and it is impossible for me to return the product. Now the screen cover is useless. The seller reject my request to send needed hooks. It is hard to find suitable wheel hooks.

Excellent cover for this freezing cold weather. Love it. Easy to set up on the car windscreen. Highly recommended if you need the car in the early morning.
