This is a repeat purchase. It works great for keeping chipmunk away from my blueberry bushes and as a deterrent for browsing deer. In winter I fill small mesh bags with this and secure about 4’ off the ground, to keep deer from eating my shrubs and short trees (lasts all winter). In spring and summer, I sprinkle on the ground, around plants I want to keep chipmunk and rabbits from eating. The chipmunk scold me after I apply.

Squirrels and rabbits were decimating my flower gardens (I plant everything in gopher baskets or gopher underwired beds, so no worries there), and after trying many different things, THIS STUFF WORKS! It’s easy to apply (shake granules on), blends in color with soil (unlike the Irish Spring soap trick I tried, which not only looked ugly but didn’t work and stained my stepping stones). It’s expensive, but it’s worked even through a season of rain with just one application. I have it on auto-refill now. Worth it!!

It did not work as written on container, it deterred the deer if large amounts were put around plants

This product absolutely does NOT deter squirrels in my garden. They had a tulip salad at my expense. Cannot recommend Plantskydd. EM

Used twice nothing eaten...Dry blood. Seems pricey

This product is excellent at repelling deer and rabbits. It does not have to be reapplied after rain. I applied it in April and it is now June and it is still effective. I just purchased my second container as I had hostas that were not treated, showing rabbit damage.

I've tried everything from sprays, other granular products, and sound-based pest deterrents. This stuff actually works. If you have invested a lot in your plants, it is worth spending the money to get something that is effective. This is the stuff you want.

Put on ground around bird feeder, did nothing to stop the deer, but I did put around my tomato plants and did help there, oh by the way dogs love to lick it and roll in it.
