One of my most-used pieces of gear.
I love these quick release mounts. They are a tiny bit expensive but if your setting up, tearing down, or just reconfiguring, the ease of operation make it totally worth it. I use these on my tube lights. The plate portion of this quick release is compatible with 1/4-20 screw threads so you may need adapter bushings for your particular application. This also comes as a ball head quick release which are GREAT for light cameras.

Worth the price and saves a lot of time
Its the best accessory for your camera and can save a lot of time + reducing friction. Slightly higher priced but durable and fits perfectly.
