Good product
Never heard of this brand before, but sooooooo glad I tried it. Actually does help to brighten teeth a little. Light to no taste. Will purchase again.

SLS-free plus fluoride!
I got this because it's SLS-free (sodium lauryl sulfate) AND has fluoride. Most SLS-free toothpastes don't have fluoride. More on that later. It's nice and minty, feels like toothpaste (isn't chalky or pasty like baking soda), has very clear labeling, and the squeeze bottle works as it should. You'd be surprised at how many similar products miss many of those features. So for those reasons I'm giving this five stars because it meets all my needs without any of the problems I've had with Crest whitening or other big brand products. Does it whiten? I can't quite tell. But it cleans my teeth effectively and seems to last a long time. My only gripe is I wish it came in bigger/cost-effective tubes. But that's not a big deal.I'm including this next section in case anyone out there is going through what I went through. Now as for SLS: it's frequently used in toothpaste as a foaming agent. But it's also used in lotions and other topical applications, where it often causes skin irritation, especially for those with sensitive skin. Those things combined in your throat strip away protective mucosa which can lead to increased canker sores and other discomfort - but that wasn't the problem for me. At least, not the main problem. And just to be clear, I'm not bashing SLS. Some people aren't sensitive to it. I didn't think I was either. But here we are.In my case the extreme foaming caused me to gag severely and I developed a sensitivity to the point where I couldn't make it through brushing my teeth without almost vomiting. And I'm not talking about aggressively brushing my tongue or anything like that. My throat would close up and I would start getting esophageal spasms. At first I thought it was the mint, but I've had other mint products to no ill effect. So I thought maybe it was just the mint in that product. So I tried a different product but the same thing happened. Then I remembered hearing about SLS. So looked into it and the symptoms seemed possibly connected. I tried finding an SLS free toothpaste and lo and behold none of the issues happened. None of the gagging, none of the spasms, nothing. Unfortunately, that toothpaste (Tom's) didn't have fluoride, which I had somehow missed. But at the time, I couldn't find any toothpastes that were SLS-free and had fluoride. Except for this one. Things have probably changed since then (mid 2023) or maybe I just didn't look hard enough. But whatever the case this fits the bill, and for that I'm grateful.

Works well for Burning Mouth Syndrome
I have Burning Mouth Syndrome, and my previous holy grail toothpaste was discontinued. I picked this up because it does not contain SLS, and I have to say it works quite well (especially in comparison to other large name brands which practically had me doubled over in pain). I agree that the mint flavor is strong the first few times you use it, but most importantly the flavor does not strip your mouth. I tried a couple other Hello toothpastes, and I keep coming back to this one specifically—the others seem a bit more abrasive (but again, that’s me and my struggle, your experience could differ). I have a different toothpaste I use at night and during flares that’s fluoride free, but I truly appreciate that I can still use a fluoride-containing toothpaste such as this one without any problems.

Good toothpaste
Good taste, no pain, breath is fresh - although it could be even more of a freshness feeling. Cleans good. My go to toothpaste

Good toothpaste but it has a bite
Good toothpaste except it’s a little too strong for my lips, as I have to put lip balm on them after brushing.

Works well
Works well for me. I can't use one of the well known name brand sensitive toothpastes due to an allergy but I think this actually works better. My teeth feel clean and the mint flavor is also very nice.

It works really well.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is really good toothpaste and not too chemical. We don't have fluoride in our water but I do get the most natural effective fluoride toothpaste I can find. And this does it. I have not had any tooth decay since using this when I go to the dentist.

Works but is runny and too strong for us
Bought in june 2025. Texture is very soft up to lower 70s F temps, then goes runny by 75F like another reviewer described. Works better for cleaning and sensitive teeth than regular sodium fluoride does for us. It isnt gritty, and it is affordable, but the mint flavor and other chemicals are too strong and irritate our mouth psoriasis and sensitive gums, but are not as irritating as other brands like colgate, crest, etc. Lukewarm water, softer smaller brushes, and extra rinsing help some, but not enough. We are still looking for a stannous fluoride toothpaste or powder with milder, natural ingredients.
