It was a particularly warm Tuesday afternoon. The female customer I was helping was droning on about carpet samples or something and all I could think about was my delivery of blue rolls. Where could it be? I checked the news to see if there had been any accidents on the roads that could have possibly delayed it but to no avail. We were down to a couple of measly sheets and the thought of accidently splashing my desk with coffee or washing my hands, turning to get some blue roll and only finding an empty cardboard tube filled my mind with the kind of dread you can only imagine in a situation like this. The customer had gone now. I don't remember her leaving but she was nowhere to be seen. I stood there in the middle of the showroom. I heard the hum of a diesel engine outside and the noise of a hand break lever being pulled up. Could it be my delivery? I looked out of the large front windows of the shop but only seen an old man getting out of his car to go into one of the neighbouring shops. A bead of sweat rolled down my left temple and down my cheek. I wiped it away with the shoulder of my tshirt and made my way back to my cluttered desk. Wondering whether or not to call the delivery company again, I was startled by what stood in front of me. There on my seat was a huge box, big enough to fit a small filing cabinet. The box read Amazon in big letters. A rush of energy came over me as I lunged forward. Hands shaking, I ripped the top off the box open in a frenzy. 'My blue rolls!' I uttered in excitement but as I dug deeper into the box, my smile turned to a look of confusion and disappointment as what lay at the bottom of the box was not my blue rolls but a small box of pens I had ordered a week prior. My heart sank. I moved the box and slumped down in my seat. I tossed the pen's across the desk in frustration and picked up the phone. As I dialled the delivery companies number (I had now learned of by heart) a stocky, middle aged man with red overalls and a thick polish accent walked through the front door of the showroom. He dumped a huge box on my desk, again with the Amazon symbol written on it. The man uttered 'Thank you'. I asked him 'do I need to sign anything?' and he walked off, waving one arm up. I took that as a no. My mouth was dry and my stomach was butterflies. I tried not get too excited this time as I don't think I could handle another anti climax like the last one so I slowly opened the top of the box. The glow of the radiant blue tissue shone on my face as I carefully lifted the contents of the box out. It was difficult to cut the polythene bagging that packaged the blue rolls as my hands were shaking so much from the adrenaline but I managed. I took out a full roll of my new blue rolls and replaced the old roll. With the two spare sheets on the old roll and wiped the sweat from my now soaking face and lived happily ever after. THE END

The quality is average, but it is reasonable value for money for the purposes described, very useful to have to hand.

Great towels at a very reasonable price. They don’t hold a lot of water but make up by being so handy for little spills, window cleaning and drying hands in the kitchen. Not great though for cooking prep such as drying off salad and fresh cut chips as paper will stick. But as an all rounder they are more cost effective than the supermarket rolls.

It's blue roll. But the blue should stay in the roll, not leach out onto the surface.

I liked the length of the roll and the strength of each sheet but each sheet was really soft and easy to use

Very poor quality very small not worth the money wouldn’t buy it again its terrible
