Autistic with difficulty sleeping. Rub on temples
This has a lovely smell, if smells can be called calming this would be it.Not sure if it's helping her get to sleep but not convinced she's using it. 🤔 Might pinch it myself instead

A good night sleep
I use this lavender balm on my temples and wrists it has calming effect which helps turn your mind off so your ready to drift off to sleep

I thought this as a gift for my mum and she struggles to sleep and she finds it really calming, although it doesn't necessarily help her sleep she still loves to use it and it calms her down.

Would have sent it back had I not used it,It is Gritty & smells like rotted compost.

Smells nice
This smells nice but I'm not sure it does much to give you a good sleep but it is relaxing so maybe out quite alot on for it to have any effect but it isn't a magic cure to send you asleep
