Medline Excel 2000 Wheelchair, 16" Wide Seat, Desk-Length Arms, Swing Away Footrests, Chrome Frame

Ordered this chair for my father so he can wheel himself around outside and on trips. This fits through our doorways and we have a older house and the doorways measure 29". This is not a light weight chair and you do need good strength to lift it in and out of the vehicle. That being said I do love this chair and by the way it has a pocket on the back of the chair.

I bought this to replace an older chair. This was delivered TWO days after my order was placed. Came well packaged and so easy to assemble. Other then being just like the old chair, this Medine Excel's locking handles are even with the chair so the handles do not scrape door frames. This is a very well designed chair and narrow enough to go through doorways. Very happy with product.

No matter what other reviewers said, this was just a bit too wide to fit through interior doors of our 1960s era home. Had to return it to San Bernardino, California, and then remind Amazon of our refund. Amazon took care of the matter promptly after the vendor did not.

This is a small wheelchair that fits through narrow spaces. It suits my mother's needs allow fewer modifications to be made to my home.

The wheelchair was perfect for our needs!!
