Comfortable and simple to use
I have been using this strap for over a year and has really made a difference in my sleep habits. It is comfortable and adjustable and easy to get use to wearing. Not only does it help keep my mouth closed it has also reduced my snoring according to my spouse. I recommend if looking for a simple solution to snoring. 😴

Lousy Velcro
When you can get it to stay closed this is the best chin strap I have ever used and I have been using chin straps for twenty years. However the Velcro used to fasten it closed does not work very well. It needs to be squeezed together with thumb and forefinger, not that easy behind your head, and even then will only grip about 50% of the time. Extender straps are provided with much better Velcro but these are unnecessary for me, and I have a big head!!

Works!
A little snug, but I’m sure it will loosen in time. (And there are “extenders” provided.

Not Effective for me, uncomfortable to wear
I had high hopes for this CPAP chin strap, I have been waking up with a sore throat and my doctor recommended a chin strap like this, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The design with two Velcro straps seemed promising, but in reality, it didn't work well for me.Firstly, I found it difficult to keep the strap in place throughout the night. It would often come off, and I'd wake up to find it lying beside me. Additionally, with my medium-length hair, it was a struggle to get a secure fit without it slipping off. I even tried using a hair net, but that just made the whole experience feel even more claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The worst part was that despite my efforts, the strap just didn't keep my mouth shut consistently, which defeated the purpose of using it with my CPAP machine. Most nights, I ended up taking it off in my sleep out of frustration.Overall, I found this chin strap to be ineffective and uncomfortable to wear. I'll be reaching out for a refund and exploring other options that might work better for me. Disappointed with the purchase.

Has helped with cpap air swallowing
This is not uncomfortable. I also have bad TMJ so I was concerned about the band irritating my jaws. The cutout on each side for the ears is large and prevents any pressure on jaws or face. It attaches with Velcro an I just knew I would be yanking my hair out getting is hung up. This has not been an issue at all. I hook the top first then behind the head. Cpap goes on top. Works great for what I needed. Not the most attractive getup ha but neither is a cpap. I would recommend and reorder this chin strap.

No longer sticks
It was nice when I first got it about a month ago, and it was nice that even though I didn't need them some extender velcro were included. Reason for low rating is that about 2 weeks or less after use the velcro that goes behind head no longer sticks together so makes it uncomfortable and useless.

Three of Four Perfect Nights
I've used this chin strap for four nights, with three of them scoring 100 points on my ResMed data counter. I bought them for the ear holes, which work just as desired. Since I regularly listen to podcasts after awakening any time after 3:00 AM, I habitually listen to podcast for at least two hours a night. The previous head strap covered my ears, and the pressure from it made the Ear Pods uncomfortable. No pressure, no pain! In addition, the cupped chin holder keeps my mouth from opening during the night. Two benefits: I don't get dry mouth any more & my wife doesn't have to hear my noises or tell me to close my mouth, neither of which worked. Another benefit: I think I'm sleeping less during the day. One concern: that the Velcro straps will get filled with muck and hold less well over time. At the price, I don't think that will be a significant issue, but I may want to buy another to have one in reserve.
