The actual pad is barely noticeable, nothing like the one I got from the podiatrist. I suggest buying somewhere else. It's like wearing a sock under a sock.

Don’t waste your money with this product. They don’t stay in place, they slip off while walking. If you have wide feet, it will not fit correctly. Save your money for other products.

I was looking for cushioning on the ball of my foot in order to stop foot pain in my sneekers.Unfortunately, this product did not work for me.

Gave me awful blisters, and didn't help with the toe joint pain at all. Wearing no insert was better.
