My husband and I have been taking FORTE NATURALS vitamins for years and we decided to try this FORTE NATURALS Vitamin B Complex with Folic Acid because it contains all the essential B vitamins as well as Folic Acid. We both feel a difference in our energy levels and we feel that our brain fog has also disappeared as a result of taking this Vitamin B Complex daily.

Each bottle contains 60 B-complex tablets with a daily recommended serving of one tablet making this a two month supply. Each tablet contains Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12, plus Folic Acid and Biotin. It's a nice offering of the important B-complex vitamins, supplying the compounds that play such a critical part in supporting energy metabolism by aiding the conversion of food into cellular energy. B-vitamins are also important because they function as compounds that support a healthy cardio system, they support a healthy response of the nervous system as well as insuring normal brain chemistry, and by supporting a healthy immune system.These easy to swallow tablets offer purity assurance and they are made in the USA. One quibble I have: the contents of these tablets could be more robust in the amount per serving of each of the vitamins. They strike me as a bit light as compared to other B-supplements that I've taken. Still, each tablet contains enough B-vitamins to make a significant impact on one's health by providing a sufficient supply of these critical nutrients.

It was suggested that I try taking this supplement for lethargy that happens near the end of the afternoon. I can say with absolute certainty that these had zero effect on that.Its hard to otherwise rate a vitamin, because its nearly impossible to have a tangible experience with them aside from popping one in your mouth and going about your day.
