The information provided on the knee board is perfect for new pilots. Provides alot of information that can be used during or before flight to confirm. Also, the knee board doesn't move around it stays put on my thigh.

Decent VFR kneeboard overall—sturdy, well-made, and fits securely. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because some of the VFR info doesn’t fully align with Canadian procedures and airspace. Still usable, just be aware you’ll need to reference Canadian-specific charts or supplements.

You can tell they put a lot of thought into the layout of the notepad. Very helpful quick references on the board itself. Tip: You can use a blank mailing label, cut it to cover any of the areas you wouldn't use, and write your own quick references in the space instead. I like the fine point of the pen. However, as someone else has already mentioned, the pen isn't very secure in the holder if it is bumped. You CAN put the center of the pen holder under the clip of the pen which secures it better. Though, there really should be an accessory or attachment to secure the pen with a short leash to the board itself. Much like bank pens. Also maybe an alternate (swappable?) pen holder that can be a pad of hook and loop (Velcro) and have a strip on the pen.
