Good quality, great value
Ordered this for a baby bunny! It was easy to put together, good quality. Although I had read a few reviews saying the material was flimsy, the material is thin but plenty thick for small animals. The sides are high enough, small animals can’t get over them. The rubber mallet that is included is a big plus, so easy to use, keeps you from pinching fingers or cracking the plastic connectors. It’s a win for me! We’ve purchased (3) to make the play space for my bun larger & to make room for his castle (also purchased on Amazon)

Great for guinea pigs
Purchased these for my guinea pigs. I got 2 and put them together to make a big home for my 3 guinea pigs. I love the concept and it’s been great. My only complaints is that the gaps between cause for issues like urine getting on the floor. Making sure the pads are properly covering the surface and sides has prevented this from happening. The other thing is that the black clips used to hold together do make for an uneven surface but I have thick fleece pads so it doesn’t effect my pigs much.

Great for my needs, but not perfect
So a year ago I took in two sister momma cats and their 9 kittens (yes 9) plus a stray kitten a neighbor found. So hubby is not a cat fan so containment was key to keeping the peace lol as soon and they started moving I started looking at indoor cages nothing worked just right (even this, but hang on) so with such a large group of cats I bought this two barred ones like the pic and another one that was just a different amount of barred pieces (and had two hammocks the kittens loved!). (These were used by the litter boxes to “contain” things lol) well now the fun part lol I designed and set up the cages a large area for kittens and a slightly smaller area for the mommas (only while trying to get the kittens to stop feeding of course) well they were a pain to fully snap together and some wouldn’t stay but some zip ties fixed that (plus the kittens liked spinning them and whatnot lol) I could only do so big before adding support but that was expected the doors were neat but the locks broke quickly! So don’t expect those to make it long! We added a mat under it to catch food, litter ect cuz cats, especially kittens are a mess lol for as large as I had it clean up under was not simple but the short “legs” to hold it up off the ground was handy I eventually had to invest in a vacuum just for this (after pic was taken) and then we got more cats .... yup more I had left over panels and all that so I made a mini cage with door..... these ones absolutely had to be separate as they were strays I caught I learned quickly that chunky adults could plow right through it if not fully secured! As in zip ties everywhere and I do mean everywhere! (Even the door for awhile while they adjusted had to do a new one each time thank goodness zip ties are cheap! Lol) so I kept this one smaller as I only caught one adult (he actually stayed the longest!) the three kittens/young adults were only with us about a week (only one wouldn’t let me near him 😕) they went to a vet that adopts out kittens (after an as I call it “kitty cancer” test was clean for them of course) so I only had the big guy who was a cranky guy but allowed me to change out his food, water, litter as needed after zip tying the crate closed I never had an issue with him escaping again (thankfully!) (he btw was adopted to someone who deals with semi ferals and is now tame and has dogs as besties!) back to the momma sisters and kittens, the kittens constantly when out of the crate playing would crawl under it 🙄 thankfully only a few were pain in the butts to get out lol I had a ramp inside leading to the litterbox it kept falling all the time 🤦🏻♀️ But eventually the kittens didn’t need it they did need the plastic (not barred) crate pieces I had gotten also around the litterbox as they kept kicking... “stuff” on the walls 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️All and all it was a bit spendy getting all I did and they weren’t perfect by any means but this was perfect for my needs as I could change things anytime as they grew

Just as advertised
Box comes with some sort panels and some long panels, the connectors, a bunch of zip ties, and a cute little mallet that can probably double as a self defensive weapon ladies. It’ll definitely fit in your purse. Anyway, I got this for my rabbit because she a little bit messy. I love how much freedom you have with building. Lots of possibilities. I ended up using long panels under her litter box and square panels around the sides. As soon as she got in there she jumped out of her litter box and kicked quite a bit of bedding up but none of it went outside of the panels. Yay! It worked. Just note that the panel connectors stick up on the flooring part. That’s why I used long panels for the floors. Those were wider than her litter box. Also, there are small gaps between panels. That being said it doesn’t always make for the best flooring. You might need puppy pads or something under it or a blanket on top of it depending on what you’re trying to do with it. Aside from that everything is great. I didn’t even use the zip ties because the panels and connectors are so sturdy on their own. I was able to lift that thing I built in the picture with the litter box inside and it all stayed intact. Now, could I do this with my rabbit inside? Don’t know. Not gonna try that but honestly maybe. Overall it’s definitely a great purchase for anyone trying to make a cage or surround a litter box. Definitely sturdy enough to where she can’t push it over and lots of possibilities for construction. Also, very easy to take apart and transport if you’re trying to make a travel cage.
