Pros:-$30 for ~71 servings-Easy to swollow pillsCons:-You have to swallow seven pills for just one 5g servingOverall if you don't mind a lot of pills, this is the best budget source of creatine(in pills) I've found.

Pretty good support

If you don't like the grainy taste of creatine mixed in your water this is the product for you. I went from taking the 7 capsule version to get up to 5 grams of creatine to only 2 of these giant capsules to get 5 grams. This is definitely easier if taking large capsules is something you can do.

Creatina excelente

I really like this creatine, capsules are not that big so it’s easy to swallow, and to me it works better than the powder, because I really don’t like how the powder tastes and the consistency, so I will continue buying this one!

Only con for pill form is having to take like 5-7 pills. That being said, this lasts a long time and is great.
