Great hide. Cones folded and creases are hard to get out.

The rug is beautiful in color, and overall very good quality. I did return, but only because it was a little too small for the room.

This is actually the second one I have purchased from this company and I love both.. one I have had for 3 years and it’s still going strong the other one just a few months and they are easy to vacuum with a light weight vacuum or sweeper vac.. they do sometimes have “branded” or natural marks from the cows life but I think that gives it more character and more authenticity..

The hide is quite soft and there is no smell at all that I notice. I should note since commenting on the lack of a scent that we don't have any pets so I'm not sure how an animal in the home would treat it. I do know it will be durable and have already vacuumed it twice treating it like it was one of my fringed Persian rugs. It was a simple process and cleaned easily even with the wrinkles that I haven't worked out yet.Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and sustainable addition to their home decor. It adds warmth and character to the room, and is sure to become a beloved piece for years to come.

This is a beautiful and authentic cowhide rug, but I must mention that due to the authenticity there will be some flaws. As seen in my pictures my rug had a few holes from I’m guessing barbed wires and it still had a visible branding on the hide. In my opinion it’s beautiful even with the few flaws and exactly what I was looking for. The color and feel is great as well. I’m currently using this cowhide rug layered over another bigger rug and it has stayed put. It also vacuum up easily. Overall it’s a well made and functional rug. I highly recommend it.
