Q: Are those graphics showed in the screen reliable and useful?

I find the display very useful. I don't put much merit on the exact accuracy (which may be very accurate I haven't checked it), but when I am working on circuits it is really nice to see the voltage and current ramping up and down. This insight alone is incredibly helpful.

Q: Where to download the software? does it work for mac? windows 10? linux?

Dear Sir/Madam, the power control software currently only supports the windows system. we put the updated software, drivers and software guidelines On the Internet, we currently put them in official website. If you need them, please contact us through Amazon, and we will guide you to install and use the software. We will soon put the QR code of the downloaded URL into the Amazon product page and product manual.

Q: Can i control this with my own windows program and not use your canned program? does the device enumerate as a com device?

Yes you can. It uses the SCPI protocol, and has the potential to use some entirely different (possibly custom) protocol that I haven't dug into at all. This is the SCPI stuff I got to work. Select the proper COM port and set the baud rate to 115200. Make sure to line feed after each command. Anything with a question mark reads a setting, everything else sets a setting.
