Quality as expected
Great item and great brand. Purchased from Amazon as it was cheaper on sale here than in other reputable DIY stores. Installed using screws into a tile wall so can't comment on the adhesive pad

Sturdy, high quality product
High quality, sturdy towel ring. Easy to install. Includes the necessary fixings for wall attachment - screws, rawl plugs and tiny allen key. Well packed in a sturdy box and soft pouch. Well worth the price.

Good quality but expensive
The unit itself says it can be glued in position, but it doesn't come with the glue. Instead you have to spend £25 on a syringe full of glue that is specially made for these fittings.It's a complete rip-off but having tried several other glues to get this thing fitted, the only one that actually works is the Grohe official one, which is why it's so pricey I suppose.I wish I could have paid a bit more for the item and had it come with the glue.
