Tree Stake Kit, Heavy Duty Spiral Tree Stakes for Leaning Trees, Straightening Solution for Young Trees in Bad Weather

Simple and effective solution to keep trees stable in high winds. We face strong winds daily where we are, and they only get more intense with storms or seasonal changes. This stake kit has held my new tree up through spring, summer and autumn. I'm hoping that the pattern holds for winter as well. Was looking for wooden stakes and a pole-driver to protect my trees when I came across these. + Simple - Tie, twist, some adjustment and you are done! + Easy - The design makes it easy to push the stake in, even in hard clay soil + Reasonably priced + Effective - Based on where you place the ties on the tree, it holds the tree well. (It is up to the user to balance the forces by tying in 3 directions.) - Does not look too elegant in the backyard. - The ropes need space to be effective and in a small garden they might interfere with other plants - If the ground is wet and/or soft, there might be some instability (not tested) Note: The stake goes in so easily that I didn't realize that it had gone through my buried irrigation hose until it was too late. Please watch out.

These are reasonably priced and everything you need is in the kit and is top notch. They work so MUCH better than the straight metal anchors . The coil style has more strength and is easier to tie into. I have purchased 3 sets and my neighbors will be buying also . They too have been having problems with the straight anchors. 10 stars

We used this for several months to secure a new tree (2” diameter) that we planted. Before its roots got well established, it was very impacted by wind. These held it in place and kept it from bending in the wind until it was strong enough on its own. Only complaint would be the color of the rope wasn’t my favorite (bright green). Some other color options would be nice.

First of all, I don’t know much about gardening or landscaping. When I noticed two of my privacy trees were ailing towards my neighbor’s driveway I started looking for easy solutions. Both of my trees are longer than 10 feet and one leaned more than 30 degrees. With these stakes and rope system I was able to straighten my trees in like 10 minutes. Putting the screws in the ground was very easy and after two months I can see my trees did not lean at all. Great product which was not available in my local big box orange store:)

This was easier than any other staking kit I’ve used, and I didn’t need tools. We’ve planted 8 trees, using a different kit for the first six. We had a really hard time with those, needing a rubber mallet and all our strength to get the stakes in the ground, and having trouble keeping the rope off the tender tree bark. And one of those trees grew up crooked anyway. These were easy to screw into the ground, and with pictures and good directions it was easy to attach and tighten the ropes.

This kit has now saved four trees in my yard. Three of them are still staked out, one righted itself when its roots matured, and I was able to remove the stakes. After three years, it has been durable and doesn’t slip. Highly recommend.
