This sauna is easy to put together. It didn't take long to heat up. I filled the steamer to the 'M' point and had a 20 minute sauna session. It's great value for money.

I was initially skeptical about the Portable Sauna Tent, but now I use it almost every evening when the fall comes! You do need to be careful with the water level and make sure to place the nozzle behind the chair for the best steam flow and to make sure your legs are safe. Setup and takedown are easy, after 1-2 times of doing it, you get the hang of it, plus it doesn’t take up space when not in use. It’s perfect for unwinding before bed; I usually watch a movie while sitting in it for 30-45 minutes. A cold shower afterward, and I sleep like a log. It’s become a great part of my nightly routine, and I’m really happy with it!

Good product, kettle will boil over if overfilled if only by a small amount so be careful with that. Good heat and as a big guy I can sit in it comfortably, tho I don't use chair that was supplied with it

I would like to return this but as a 76 year old woman with a bad back I don't think I'd ever be able to pack it up.It works fine but I'm too short for it. The chair is so tiny I can't put my head out! A complete waste of money for me.I'd welcome some money back and I'll give the steam room away.

I’ve recently become a sauna convert and thought I’d give this set up a try. It’s so much better than I expected. Tent pops up and down easily and reaches a good temperature. I had a very low expectations of how good this would be and I’m absolutely delighted with this purchase. Don’t hesitate to try it out!
