Nice for the money, tricky install
All these $150 ‘ish models are exactly the same frame and lights, only difference is maybe the fan motor, the damper and maybe the filters. Some do not include the filters, the “Soonye” did. This one is advertised as 600cfm. I believe this to be somewhat accurate. The fan is extremely powerful on all speed settings.The damper holes did not line up correctly with the holes on the frame, no big deal, had some self tappers on hand for two of the holes.Minus one star for the useless, garbage instructions. I referred to the pictures on Amazon to pretty much figure it out.You will be faced with a catch 22 when attaching the 2 top pieces to the wall the main question will be to remove the blue film before you install or after. If you remove it before then you will risk scratches on the very top piece. I removed the film and used painters tape between the top and bottom to keep the top from falling all the way down and only had a small superficial scratch or two. You’ll know what I’m talking about once you install this. If you remove the film after it will be impossible to remove all of it.Order some stainless steel cleaner, you’ll need it AND wipe with the grain!
