Just bought an Olympic barbell and in the process of converting my weights from Standard 1” plates to Olympic 2”” plates. I’ve been buying Cap weights because of the quality, price, and attractive looks. Weights are within 3% + or - which are perfect for me. There is a lot of good value in these plates.

These budget plates are just as good as plates I've used at gyms in the past. I would recommend to anyone, from serious lifters to novices.

This are a good shape and size, you can even hold them in a hand and use them that way instead of on a bar or dumbell. A neice weight for arm or legs for warming up or back of arm or rehabilitating a knee.
