I believe I haven't found the the PERFECT ear bud. The sound is good but,not loud enough. Earbud swivels in ear Canal.Update: had to return, to bad.Had some issues. Nice earbud but, the earbud swivels and was just to loose, so it was causing discomfort in ear canal. I moved on to a different one.

This is a good ear piece. I like the little case it comes in, it makes it harder for me to lose. And it came with different sized ear buds for comfort. It does not hurt my ear while I wear it and the sound quality is decent.

Liked the headset and the fact it was water proof. Sound quality was good. Charging case said 100% when I plugged it in, stayed 100% when I took headset out of the case. Worked from July till September. Messaged company through Amazon messaging. The response was past 30 days do return. Tried to contact again after response from company, that I should try charging and turning on or off.. The bluetooth headset was unresponsive not lights not on or off did not work. Asked for a replacement from No response. Also I had bought a second one for my son, so far has worked well.

I am using this product for when I am diving to be safe on my cell phone. I like that it works on either ear and is light weight.

If you only need a nice Bluetooth device for one source, this is a great buy. If you intend to use it with multiple devices, you’ll need to remove it from each device every time in order to pair with another. The boom is physically much larger than a Plantronics Legend device, making it seem cheaper. There is no Bluetooth dongle provided, so this device will only pair with something that has existing Bluetooth functionality. The earbud is shaped more like the ear canal, so it is more difficult to hear external sounds while using this device (as compared to a Plantronics-style flatter ear piece). Overall, this device is usable and has excellent sound quality. I will return mine because I need to use it with multiple devices.

The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I initially received a defective unit, but it was such a comfortable fit that I didn't want to go to a different brand or want a refund. I reached out to the company and they replaced it immediately. The one I received works fine. It's not super high quality audio so I won't be listening to Spotify with it, but I need it for Conference Calls and for that the sound is perfect. I think the only thing that would make it perfect would be adding a Mute button so I wouldn't have to use the one on my phone while I am driving. I have had it almost a month and I use it about 7-10 hrs a week. So far, no issues to report.

I can heat alot better using this head set over walmart brand... the big bonus is completely clear calls an the battery lasts a long time an case charges it faster.. the other bonus it's water proof...

Easy to connect. Good battery life. Fits well ib my ear and easy to operate with one touch. Amazing product. Value for money.Very easy to read, comfortable for long wear. A must to have for work or conference calls as the sound quality is amazing.
