They don't feel like the cotton panties from Hanes but these are still breathable. I usually get medium but went with large. Fit is great and not tight around legs. The back is similar to tanga style and NOT full coverage so cheeks will show.

These are the underwear I've been looking for a comfortable fit and stretch for movement. The only issue I have is I remove the tags since tags bother me and sometimes put them on backward only to notice as I'm wearing them throughout the day.
