Me gustó la calidad de los materiales, muy lavable, cómodo, solo al principio un poco incómodo por la mala postura habitual de mi cuello. Creo sin duda que será una ayuda para leer sin agachar la cabeza por horas, y así evitar el dolor y contracturas de cuello y espalda.

Bought this brace to stop snoring and not have neck discomfort in the morning. I sleep on my back with a wedge and it worked. Using now for over a month and told I snored minimally twice and no neck discomfort Had NO difficulty sleeping with this collar...especially because it is soft enough not to irritate whatsoever. Tried to use on the airplane but it didn't seem to support my head sitting up. So I'm very happy using the collar nightly. Happy my snoring greatly improved and collar extremely comfortable.

Just what I needed.

I bought a medium because that's what would fit best around my neck. My only problem is that the collar is too tall so it shoves my head up and back into an uncomfortable position. The supports are 3 well padded, hard pieces with a seam in between each of the 3. I bent the supports outward and used a sturdy ribbon - on on each side of where my chin would go - to keep the bend in place. Works just fine now and provides the support I need. There may have been an option to purchase this item based on both neck circumference as well as neck height, but I don't remember seeing anything about the latter. I'm satisfied with the collar with the adjustment I made.
