Very reliable, I was able to test until there was no more nicotine. Took about 3-4 days for it to actually be faint after quitting. The cups provided to collect urine were very convenient, test was easy to read.

It just seems to me how to read the test is confusing or wrong. In MOST tests the "control" line just shows the test chemicals are active. The the "test" line then shows whether it detects a substance. Here, it is the opposite!? If there is JUST the control line and nothing on the test line means it is a positive test. If there is BOTH lines in means there is NO substance detected.I think that is really weird and opposite how most other type tests are read and interpreted?

I had to stop for a surgery. And of course I waited to the last week of the test. I stopped on Sunday, actually I took a couple of puffs that morning. I drank a lot of water like anyone would do and tested on Wednesday evening and I was cleaning by then. Double checked again before I got to the hospital on Friday morning to mack sure the first test was right and I was lucky that I was clean so yes I trust these. But I don't suggest anyone wait until the last moment like I did. It's not smart plus your system may not flush as quickly as mine did.
