Good quality product to repair small areas of damage in material of pop up roof in campervan

I used this to repair the drivers seat of my transit van.....you know what its like, you constantly slide out of the seat when getting out of the van and it wears the fabric away.I used this to repair the seat and if you catch it before its too badly worn it makes a great repair. The fact that its a nylon repair also means there`s very little friction when sliding off of the seat so the repair lasts well.

I used this to repair the awning on my camper. It went on easily, but it didn’t take long before it was starting to peel even though it wasn’t exposed to any undue stress or weather. Ok for the use I put it to because it’s easy enough to re-apply, not sure I’d trust it for it’s intended purpose.

Repaired a gazebo that had been eaten by mice. Having used in the past I’m confident of its waterproofing and strength. Easy to apply. Unlike a lot of tape it doesn’t stick to itself as soon as you cut off a bit. Beware the grey is more like a shade of blue.

I bought this several weeks ago to repair a rip in my Rotaire. The recommended tent repair kits weren't up to the job. This has held good through several storms and is out in all weathers. Really pleased with how well it is working.Edited to add that a year later the repairs have held well in all weathers. Impressive stuff.

My portable garage (tent) has suffered badly during the winter months flapping badly in unexpectedly strong winds at the bottom of my garden and this has resulted in various small tears and worn chaff areas which would only get worse if not addressed.The tape itself is relatively easy to attach (don't let it stick to itself though) and looks ok in pale green (not grey as advertised) even though the tent is grey-silver, but all too soon the 4.5m ran out after seemingly few repair patches had been used.At more than £9 (roughly 63p/foot) it is very expensive pro-rata even though it does a good job.It would have been 5 stars if the length had been a bit more generous.

So far so good but don't work well on all products...some water proofing materials don't stick well, definitely not permanent anyway.It is good companion when travelling though....
