Product was poorly wrapped and boxed ,it was opened all over the box 😞
The media could not be loaded. I like the product but the box was opened and the powder flew everywhere when I opened it , I had to put it back I'm the container bit by bit

I received the box damaged and open with the powder everywhere. It smells good though.
