Works great
Purchased this unit last July and it has worked perfectly. Everyone I spoke to in customer service after the unit was ordered was very helpful and nice.

Quieter than most and very well built.
I’m writing this review for the unit itself; NOT the seller because the seller was near impossible to deal with. The unit itself is far better than others I’ve seen and dealt with. It’s got a heavy duty metal guard all around the fins, and is easy to remove for service. For the sheer size of the unit; it runs much quieter than some of its competitors. And it came charged with enough Freon and oil to facilitate up to 25 foot of copper line. 10 year warranty and made in the USA!

Don’t buy it!
Making noise since day 1 and everyone washes their hands on coming and figuring out what is wrong. Especially avoid to buying thru Jacks Small Engines!

Works great. No problems
Had it installed about a month ago. So far so good. Working just like it should. I have no complaints about the product. Buying it online and having it installed by a professional saved us roughly $1500.00 from the three quotes we had gotten. Highly recommend.

This is listed as a 16 SEER unit but came as a 14 SEER. Just a heads up!!
14 SEER not 16 SEER. Be advised!!

Works well, easy to install
Although it is surprisingly heavy, it installed easily and seems to work well. There was some oily substance in the bottom of the unit which my installer feared was a leak, but he said it held charge. Came pre-loaded with ample Freon.

buyer beware
Do not purchase Goodman products. Had a brand new 14 seer unit (inside and outside) installed in January 2018. This past weekend it stopped cooling and the outside unit froze up. The technician found a leak in the coils in the indoor unit. Parts are covered under warranty so that's something. But the almost $1000 in freon we've had to shell out in the last few days because of the leak in the coil is not covered. But the girl I talked to from Goodman told me "sorry, it's not covered." in a very polite manner. That's about all the good I can say.
