Nice but with strong harmonics
I have to admit that I thought this was a musical tuning folk, as I didn’t read the product information correctly. However, when I realise it was a Medical instrument all made sense.It resonates at 128 Hz, which is the lowest tone you hear and is used to determine hearing loss by plane to the bones in the head. There are two strong overtones of a higher pitch which are not musically in tune but of course this is a relevant.It’s a large tuning fork and looks nice, but the machining leaves a little to be desired.It’s quite expensive too at £49.
