Fantastic
Absolutely perfect. Light and crispy, easy to wrap, they even freeze nicely. I will say to anyone not used to using rice paper: don’t overfill them. These turn out perfect with two to three tablespoons of filling in them.

The best
This is the best spring roll wrapper I have ever tried. It is flexible and does not tear when wrapped. I usually wrap a lot and fry them, then freeze them and use them for several days. My family and I always love this.

real quality gluten free rice paper
I'm pretty sensitive to gluten and usually got bloated after eating too much spring rolls. Only this brands help these symptoms. A Pack has a lot of sheets. I even eat it raw lol

THESE COULD BE GREAT! But
I longed to find the Rice paper just for frying! I thought these were the ones. They were not the ones! SO! I had to find a way to make them work, well for me! I tried using my egg rolls that fell apart in regular rice paper. Noooo that was a gummy mess inside. The next thing I did was use very little water and it made these rice skins pop throughout the whole skin unable to hold the guts per se! My next step was to use 2 skins gluing together in enough water! No! Too thin! Then I used 3 at one time for my next roll! I found in a fast hot fry it turned out good not great! If 3 were good then I used 4 skins at one time, but I needed to dry them gently between the layers to deep fry! There were crunchy layers that I enjoyed! The manufacturer needs to remake these rice skins much thicker to fry well holding together and not fall apart!
