Small in the waist.
Its very long hoop skirt and gives your body more of a triangular shape when in a dress. It fit my 9yo but the waist is not stretchy and just has a string to hold it together. If you need it for halloween or dress up im sure irs fine but i honestly wasnt a fan an my kids didnt like jt for their costumes.

Way too big
This item should not be listed for a child! I purchased this after measuring and thought it would fit my 8 year old. When we got it the item was so large that I could put it around my neck and it still touched the ground (I’m 5’6”)Had to return - definitely measure before purchase and still be wary

Made my daughter look like a true princess
The only negative is we had to take it (and the dress) off at the dance when she had to goto the bathroom.Aside from that, it was perfect. She looked like a princess at the Daddy Daughter dance, and this item really was the cherry on the top.

It was too short despite ordering longest they had
Probably not any fault of the manufacturers, but my niece is I suppose at an awkward age and size. Too big for the little girl stuff, but too small for adult sizes. She had a full length dress and the hoop was probably a foot too short. It looked horrible under the dress. I went back and bought an additional petticoat that was longer and put it over the hoop. Hoop skirts serve a definite purpose and I like them under certain types of dresses. She is 9, but a full head taller than my 7 year old grandson so she is tall for her age. We needed one more ring on the bottom of that hoop skirt and it would have been perfect. It just wasn't an option.

Perfect fit
My 11 years old daughter is tall and slim and it fit perfectly

Great but slid down.
Fit as expect. Used for my daughter and she is a 3T. The tie was weird to us. Wish that was elastic. But overall it was good. It just kept slipping down. Photo of it being used under a dress, also purchased from Amazon.

What we needed
I loved how it made the dress look beautiful and puffy. Without it the dress looked boring. I got the longer one for my daughter and it was perfect with her long dress.

Will not buy again!
It's really poor quality. It has a draw string instead of buttons! Not a fan at all
