excellent quality, must have for working pantry, and long term pantry/preps
I highly recommend Judees products. Might pay a little more than some companies, but I have always had top notch experience with this line of products from Ohio, USA. Also, you can be assured that the products are coming from DEDICATED nut free, gluten free facilities. That's a big deal for some folks, and I am glad that a quality company caters to these needs. I have no allergies or sensitives, thankfully. I just want a product I can rely on. So Judee's is my go-to for pantry items like this. I even have my mom on board. The milk is really really good- tastes like milk, and not the usual powdered milk I use. I dont even drink cow milk, let alone whole milk, but I find great value in keeping powdered milk on hand for various cooking, baking, or SHTF needs. I try to stock whole milk powder because I can always water it down. Also whole milk works better in baking, cooking. Since I dont buy cow milk (but rarely) being able to have some cow milk on demand is fantastic. I can just make up what I need, at any consistency, and there is no waste. When it comes to stuff like this, I buy the largest amount I can afford. Since much of it is shelf stable, I can either tuck it away, OR I can break it down into smaller storable sizes using simple mason jars, or mylar bags. I plan to share this bag with my mom (unless she has already put in an order, ha).

Very convenient for me
I find this product to be convenient as well as tasting good. It mixes easily with warm water and a wire whisk. I mix it up and chill it for regular drinking and on cereal but for using in recipes I just mix up what I need at the time of use. The flavor is definitely better chilled for drinking or on cereal though. I still don't know if it is more economical for me but I always ended up dumping store bought milk out because it went sour so I thought I would try this route instead.I just got my second order and I am still very pleased with the product. I still have some left from my last order that I keep in a large mason jar in the fridge to maintain freshness and so far it works. I only mix up two cups liquid milk at a time since it is just me here, so I plan to store the new bag in the freezer for later usage. It is nice to always have milk on hand for recipes or when my company prefers milk in their coffee rather than the fake chemical coffee creamers. I hope that storing the powder in the freezer doesn't alter the taste.

Better than whole milk at the store.
Just takes a couple seconds to mix up in the blender. Taste better than the whole milk purchased at the store. I cut to less that 1/4 cup per cup because I use 2% most of the time and the 1/4 cup makes it a littleto rich for some peoples taste. My husband for instance. If you add more and blend longer it actually forms a whipped cream layer on the top this is great stuff. some day i will get brave enough to actually try making whipped cream with it.

Excellent Flavor
Great flavor! Once chilled, it tastes like fresh milk. It’s really good for baking, too. The key is to mixing the powder with very warm water and a whisk then chilling until cold.

Not for tasteful drinking
I bought this hoping to have a neutral tasting, fresh milk equivalent on-hand for cereal, fruit, etc. I live alone and fresh milk goes bad before I can use it all. FYI, I use full strength powdered skim in my coffee, to cream soups, etc.--and with excellent results. Not only does this not lend itself to instant use in cooking when making according to directions (12 hours+), it has a funny taste and smell to it when used as a stand alone. During the year that I have unsuccessfully attempted to adapt to its odd taste and smell, I have only found this product suitable to use in cooking/baking and then, when a recipe calls for milk. No way would I drink a glass of it, or risk a great bowl of cereal or fresh strawberries/blueberries & maple syrup trying to use it as a substitute for fresh milk. Maybe this is how all powdered whole milk tastes. It's not for me!!
