For Optimal Use: 1. Use the product 24 hours later after installation. 2. If you need to tear off adhesive, please use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive then tear it off. 3. ONLY stick the adhesive on smooth hard surfaces. Please DON’T stick adhesive on painted walls or wallpapers as it will take off your paint or wallpapers.

NEEDS BETTER ADHESION!
Could hold a lot but it doesn't stay stuck. Came crashing down in middle of the night and scared the #$%& out of me

Does not stay up.
this product did not work. I placed it on a wall and 2 hours later it fell, then I placed it in a window (thinking it had to stick to the glass) and the same thing happened. It ruined a lot of things, like it broke the candles on it, and a body of essentiak oils which made my bathroom smell so strong for days!!!! Honestly, I wish I could returned it.

Expect to anchor it with screws or alternative methods.
The adhesive doesn't even hold the weight of the shelf. It fell within 10 seconds of placing it firmly against the wall. I am giving it four stars, however, for the quality of the shelf and the value. They should just include a screw-in mounting bracket and do away with the adhesive pad completely.

Doesn’t Stick
Complete waste of $$$ it is already falling of because the adhesive is garbage besides that it is useful just wish the company would make upgrades to the adhesive partRegret purchasing this!

didnt work well
I had to add glue to the back because it would not stick to my ceramic tile inside my bath tub. But I love how it hold everything I need for my baths or showers.

This doesn't work in the shower!
Product does not adhere to the shower wall (on tile)!

Do NOT purchase this product!
This product is awful! The adhesive part fell off the shower wall once so we used Gorilla Glue. Then the basket pulled the adhesive part off the wall again! So we put more glue on and now the plastic holders on the basket are cracked. This is crap!
