The struts for the bed of the hammock require assembly- these were poorly cut so they would not fit together properly. I had to saw the ends to the proper angle so they would fit together. After that was done and it was finally put together it’s fine, but be aware that it might require more effort to assemble than expected. I got it on sale or I would have just returned it if I had paid full price and had to do this.ETA: Updating from 2 stars to 5 for amazing customer support alone. After submitting this review, the seller reached out to me and offered a refund. I greatly appreciate the quick and unsolicited response to this issue.

I received my hammock today - 03/03/2024 and put it together after a short struggle. All critical parts were there from the parts list, but two pieces listed on the parts list weren't there. One item labelled: "J" and one item labelled "K" were missing. Apparently, J and K are carrying bags that are supposed to come with this hammock. They weren't there, but all the parts that mattered were there, so I set it up and laid out on it and enjoyed it greatly. Also, there were two carabiners included, and these weren't on the parts list. That was interesting. There were 2 extra screws and one extra nut, so that was nice for a "just in case" scenario. Overall, I'm glad I got it and I plan on using for future camping trips and for just laying out in the backyard. It is easy to take down, easy to assemble.

This hammock is really cute and comfortable! I love that it has a cup holder and a sack for your belongings. It did take at least a half hour to set up. I thought it would be more portable than it is. We won’t be taking it anywhere because it’s too difficult to set up. It’s not a big deal though since I primarily got it for the backyard. The frame doesn’t seem quite sturdy enough to hold the 480 lbs it claims it can hold, but it can hold my two little girls and I. My husband doesn’t trust if for both of us to go in it, but together we weigh over 400 lbs. I like that it’s light weight and easy to move around the yard.

It wasn't too complicated to assemble, and it was comfortable enough to fall asleep on. However, I am very bummed out, because the weight capacity listed, is 480 LBS. Obviously it is not. My husband and I together way 40 pounds or more together under that limit. It completely collapsed with the both of us on it. It was supposed to be my birthday gift to enjoy as simple date nights with my husband. Now it's ruined.I was iffy about the sturdiness of the bars at first, but decided to trust the reviews and the promise of the product being well made. I would recommend not getting this. If you get a hammock, build your own sturdy poles to hold it.

The media could not be loaded.  I liked everything, I spent over 10 hours constantly laying on it and I had no problems. All the parts were perfect, sturdy, and easy to build. it took like 10 minutes. I layed there with my boyfriend my mom and my grandma all at different times but didn't have a problem at all. Is hard to flip and it was super fun I have absolutely no complaints and I wish I could but 3 more. 1 specific thing is the fact that it is really big. Is spacious enough for two people to comfortably lay on it with left over space I loved it and I m so happy.

First few hours using it and the fabric is already tearing around the rivets. I’m well below the “480lb” max capacity.I couldn’t ever see two people fitting in this.It rolls easily no matter how you adjust the chains.The instructions are half way decent, I had to look up the product a few times to figure out what the instructions were referencing.The pillow is very flat, so just go ahead and bring your own!I have bought $70 hammocks with a stand and bags included that are better quality than this.

Upon looking at the other reviews, i anticipated this hammock being much more difficult to put together. the instructions arent the most clear and it’s only pictures not written instructions, however it was pretty self explanatory in my opinion. i’m also not the best at building things and was able to put it together on my own. i found it was somewhat difficult to figure out which piece goes where when adding the brace to the actual hammock. I had it backwards to begin with but the pieces won’t go together if you don’t have it the right way.i bought this with the intention of leaving it in one place. i think it would be difficult to take this hammock down to take somewhere else. But, it’s not incredibly heavy and i’ll more than likely be picking it with some else, or dragging it on my own, around the yard to chase the sunshine.overall, it was exactly what i am looking for. the size, quality, and comfort of the hammock is great. the little bag and drink holder, and pillow it comes with is nice as well. i can’t wait to tan this summer in comfort!
