Original part quality at a fraction of the price!
Purchased as an addition to a Sony NP-FW50 battery that came with a Sony NEX-5N. As described, this battery model is used on a range of Sony camerasThe battery was delivered with charge and was a drop in replacement for my original Sony battery. The battery life is noticeably better than my aging (maybe 1-2yr old) Sony and while I can't be sure, I'd say it was at least as good as the original part when new.Absolutely no problems charging, detection by the camera or in use.I would not hesitate to buy this battery again. Non-OEM batteries can often be a bit of a roulette but this specific one was a great find. Original part quality at a fraction of the price!

Did not work
Charged in my a6000 fine ,however when I turned the camera on after a few hours it was dead.Tried with original battery started fine.Put the masione battery back in ..nothing UNTIL I put camera down on its side ,screen flickered came on showed battery at 91% after few seconds (and being picked up) died again.Returning for refund...worth noting I have to pay postage then reclaim it up to £4.75...think this will end up costing me....will not be using again

very disappointing product, doesn't even fit the charger unit ...
very disappointing product , doesn't even fit the charger unit, you have to posh hard to make contact with the elements, even then only charges 90%, and it dies after few shots, i would not give it one star if i could help it, DON'T BUY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Okay as emergency backup
I got this as a back up for the Sony made batter in my Nex 5 camera. Yes, it does work, but unfortunately it isn't so good at holding a charge. For a cheap item, this is good enough to keep you going when you accidentally run out, but I wouldn't rely on it as a main power source.

Battery in the luggage
Always useful to carry a spare battery, that can be carried easily in one's luggage or use to be allowed to?

Bought 2 batteries. One appears to be OK the ...
Bought 2 batteries. One appears to be OK the other gives the message on my NEX5 Incompatible Battery. Use Correct Model. I put this as a 1 because I needed to use both batteries for a long shoot but could not. Disappointing.

Cheap - better than the expensive batteries!!
A great cheap battery that holds its charge just like all the other expensive ones - but less money to pay which is a bonus!!!
