Coats & Clark Dual Duty XP General Purpose Sewing Thread Set, 50 Spool Multicolor Assortment

I bought these because my go to sewing supply store is closing. When I finally got a chance to go there, all of the thread shelves were completely bare, talk about disappointment! Then one day an add for this showed up in my news feed. I looked for it on Amazon. First off, the colors weren't that clear, and secondly they looked so tiny in the photo, which is why I bought two! When they arrived, which was pretty quick, boy oh boy was I surprised! They were not tiny each spool h holds 125 yds, and the colors are fabulous. I've been putting off making an applique shopping bag, because I needed to match the colors as closely as possible. Low and behold, every color I needed for the shopping bag is in this set, and they match perfectly. I am so very stoked!

Great assortment of colors for my projects, especially with garment alterations. Must have for any beginner or advanced who upcycles or tailors garments or does a lot of bags or small sewing projects.

This thread is affordable and strong, doesn't produce lint, doesn't break or nest in the machine, and covers most colors anyone could want! I'd tried a cheaper thread before, but never again! Coats and Clark thread is so much easier to use. It's never let me down!

Don't buy this if you plan on using more than what's in the package. Some of the thread you cant find individually anywhere

I purchased this thread because I purchased a cheaper brand (which was a waste of money). I have used Coats and Clark for years. The quality is always on point. There were an excellent variety of colors. I have already used this thread to mend some pants, a skirt, and a dress and the functionality is the best. The value for the money, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend!
