The package it was housed in was just a cardboard box put in an amazon paper bag. The moment i opened the paper bag everything inside just fell out.The machine heats up real quick. The metal housing has sharp edges. It lacks the fine tuning gear for depth control. The plug is a 2 pin plug with recessed earthing so you may want to void warranty and replace it was a 3 pin plug for use in india. The bits are ok nothing great.Overall it is a bad product and anticipating the horror of dealing with Amazon customer service. I will use it till it works then discard.

There is a problem of overheating too quickly. And the Ganti control button once the machine was run and tried and stopped working. Totally useless product. Wasted all my money. What should I do
