I used this to make icing for cinnamon rolls and it turned out delicious. Doesn’t dissolve as well as I’d like but it wasn’t a big deal for me.

This sugar is processed on dairy and nut free equipment. It’s gluten free as well.It’s powdered sugar and not as sweet as granulated. It mixed well with other ingredients and we loved it.

I use it for icing on a cake I made.

It's organic and supposedly non-GMO sourced so it seemed a little safer. It's good, but it has a different taste and a heavier loft, I guess. To make icing with this would be a pretty expensive cake. Good for sprinkling on waffles though.

Love the consistency of this product

I really appreciated the fact that my powdered sugar came in a plastic jar rather than in a plastic bag. In the past, whenever I have needed to use powdered sugar, it was always a mess of getting the accurate recipe calling for sugar because it would make a terrible mess. the jar made my specific and exact. Who knew that and jar would make such a difference!

This sugar tasted fine, but I have never had a powdered sugar actually feel grainy in your teeth. Just be aware that is seems different than regular C & H, or store brands. It's also a lot more expensive.
