If you don't like these - you either got a faulty unit, or you're not using it correctly.
It's very simple - These are exact replicas of a SNES controller. They are just as ergonomic, and just as responsive. Buttons are beautifully crisp and really identical in feel to the originals. I just purchased an *AUTHENTIC* SNES Mini, and these controllers work like a charm and liberate me and whoever I'm playing with from those super short stock controller cables. If you intend to use these with an SNES Mini, YOU MUST ensure you have an authentic SNES mini to get the full value of these controllers as some features will not work. If you went on eBay and purchased one of the knock-off's (and they're virtually identical to the naked eye) like I did, and it does not have a serial number that starts with "SUxxxxxxxxxxx" then do not buy these as they may not even work.

Easy plug-and-play support
Recently bought USB controllers for several retro-style consoles. Tested these with a Windows 11 PC. Unlike my recent N64 wired controller purchase, these resume operating after PC sleep. These SNES-mockup controllers plug in and work right away. They are detected as XBox 360 controllers by Windows, but work perfectly with Snes9x out of the box. They are lightweight, but feel almost identical to the original. I haven't bothered to check how long they take to charge, but I got a bit of play out of one of them before the battery went dead and my character walked endlessly into a wall. If I could offer the manufacturer a suggestion, it would be to place a low-battery LED on the face of the controller (or a clear plastic light channel to the existing LED on the top next to the USB port) or piezo speaker to notify players before it's "game over". In a future revision, it would also be preferable to use USB-C instead of micro-USB. They're also a little pricey, and like my N64 controller purchase, I'd be much happier at a 30% lower price (about $20 total), but overall they are fine for wireless controllers and I'd recommend them for someone who wants a wireless upgrade and some SNES-era nostalgia.

Will not charge was charged.
How do you change them? After plugging in to character, A blue light comes on for a few seconds, then goes away. It doesn't charge. It worked a while with the original charge but is now dead. I figured out that the blue light means they are changed and I needed to press the Start, Select, and up D pad to sync them with the USB dongle.

Delay Makes game play NOT FUN.
Everything is working. The only thing that makes these basically useless is the fact that the delay between the time you press a button and response by the avatar causes your character to die or you suffer from brain hemorrhages IRL due to the frustration of trying to align your keyed response with the delay. Absolutely trash.

These have worked great so far!
I’ve had these for a few months and they work very well for me. I have zero lag or any other issues. They are a really good knockoff to the real controller. They come in nice packaging and have charging cords and everything. It worked right out the box and we’ve used them dozens of times with zero issues. Battery life is also way longer than I expected. Played for a few hours on a session and didn’t even kill the battery. I’m definitely pleasantly surprised there by the battery life. Charging has worked perfectly so far. It does not feel exactly like the retro snes Nintendo brand controller, but it’s darn close! Not quite the same affect or feel of the true thing, but the cordless option is well worth it.

Works undocked with usb c adapter
I really like the plug and play aspect of these controllers. They just work. The batteries last a really long time, and they do work with switch docked, but I also have a video of it working undocked with a proper adapter. Not sure why you’d want to do this, but it works. They do feel a bit cheap, but they come at a great price, and I have no complaints for the price point. I have only used them with switch so far though. Not really any noticeable lag for me. They seem responsive enough. The shoulder buttons do feel a bit too stiff, but maybe they will get better with use. They include everything you need to get started. I would give 5 stars if they had a better way to control the switch, as you can’t reset your game or use the rewind and save state features without zr,zl buttons. If you press start and select at the same time, it goes back to switch home screen, which helps a little bit.

Works as intended
The controller works on my snes mini very well, not running into any issues with the added games, there was a nice sticker on the back of the controller showing how to ingage or disengage the turbo feature, the retro arch features are a bit wonky when u hold the start and select buttons down to reset back to the main menu of the system, the controller feels very close to the offical ones, haven't tested the length of the battery yet but it does say the light will blink when battery is low... only gripe I have with it is the connector that you plug into the console doesn't have the clips that the offical controller or wii classic controller has so its just sitting there, good way to play the mini with how gaming systems are wireless now to keep pets from chewing on cords or kids from tripping, I did test the controller with my nes mini and it's got the buttons mapped backwards and can lock the turbo buttons on without any warning so better bet to use it with the snes mini also this is for the offical Nintendo released mini console not the 3rd party knock offs that are flooding thr markets

Excelente producto

Love these controllers
Purchased for android box to run emulators on for retro gaming and they actually worked quite well. The charge lasts for hours and the response is pretty good. For an after market product its perfect for retro gaming.
