Melt in the mouth buttery consistency, given a sophisticated edge by the strong, almost bitter, cocoa powder dusting. Very grown up chocolates, as the French seem to be so good at! You cannot eat too many at a time, such is their richness. Definitely quality wins over quantity. Very pretty, useful tin. Fantastic gift, or a great treat to buy them for yourself and dole out a few to favoured guests - what a guilty pleasure! The chocolates are not indivicually wrapped, but are enclosed in a foil packe in the smart-looking tin. You need to keep these at a distance, in order not to find yourself constantly having 'just one more.
