Full of sugar! Avoid
I’ve seen comments saying kids love these, but of course they do—they’re packed with sugar! Just because kids enjoy them doesn’t mean they should have them. These gummies are coated in sugar, and any benefits from the vitamin D are likely outweighed by the sugar content. It’s surprising that these are marketed for kids at all!

My kids say these taste sour but they are definitely not a challenge to get them to eat. Love the zero sugar personally.

My toddler loves the taste and chewiness of these vitamins. Easy to eat with my son’s food and really good for his gut health. The ingredients are good wish they had less sugar but gummies are made with cane sugar so you can’t avoid it.

I like Nordic naturals and wanted vitamin D for my kids. Not a huge fan of the sugar, but these are also so good and kind of melt in your mouth (I tried one) and the taste is pretty good. My kids love them so if they are getting their recommended daily dose of vitamin D then I'm happy and who cares about the little bit of daily sugar.
