Once I disabled the fire sensor it worked wonderfullyFire alarm is so sensitive I had to disable it I could not use the burner except in darkened enclosed spaces which is a health and fire risk.it is east to setup and use as a first timer...once the fire sensor was disables I had it running very well I eventually read the manual after a week of burning stuff...Only negatives I would like addressed is the fire sensor is useless I will wire my own into the power supply one that kills the power in case of a real fire... not just because it is near a shaded or window or a well lit room.There should be spacers provided to centre the honeycomb bed and indicators of cut area -- I had to make my own... not many people are good at making their own templates and stuff they will be driven mad trying to line stuff up - when I have refined the designs of the spacers and templates till I am happy they are relatively fool proof I will put them up on line -For a creative person that is great at problem solving this is a wonderful tool,VERY expensive but it is my first burner so I thought to go with a well reviewed machine firstAs an aged pensioner this is a big purchase for me

1. The movement is strained and jerky moving from left to right. Laser also stops every 10pass causing holes.2. The air assists piece doesn’t aline correctly causing orange shield, not to be able to reach the 0mm position.3. Looking for a replacement or technical help, but can only find refund options.
