I was really surprised at the quality and heft of the parchment paper, the cutting edge is really sturdy and actually works the way you want them to but never seem to get on other packages. Huge roll for the price, overall super happy with this purchase and it is going to last for ages. Used it in the oven and the air fryer (be sure to cut it down so it can't fly around in there and start on fire on the elements) and worked great, no sticking or burning. Great product.

Works as good as any other parchment paper! Great value for the money and the cookies came out evenly baked. I also use it for drip cookies instead of waxed paper and that works fine. The cutter works well which I think we all can agree is the most important part. It works well for covering butter-baked chicken.
