The night vision is just OK. Solar is not charging the camera and I have to remove and plug it in to recharge it. Means climbing the ladder over and over again. I had and have lots of different cameras. I would not buy this again. I changed my rating to a five just because of the customer service they reached out and refunded my money to me.

These cameras are easy to setup, the only thing I wish they would include is something to manage the cable. I went out and bought some small cable clamps that work well. All devices are easy to configure and manage without the cloud service. Still contemplating how many and which one's need cloud management.

I set the camera up in about 20 minutes. The signal is clear and encrypted. The power supply charges all day and the battery lasts all night. The motion detection works good after you lean how to set it up for your particular situation. I’m very happy with it and recommend it.

only had it for two weeks and the battery life is still at 3/4 full and its been cloudy or raining during this time. so far i believe for the cost of it, it is doing a fine job.

The solar panel keeps my camera battery at 100% all the time. Very happy with my purchase!

I rarely write product reviews but this time. After spending a whole day with a neighbor's assistant to hold the ladder for me to claim up high to install the camera so it could cover my front, I bought the camera. I was excited and even subscribed for 1 year cloud storage, thought my house finally has some security in place. But, the camera motion detection does not work properly, it randomly detects and records video of random things. I contacted customer support and took a day to have the firmware updated, but that does not fix the issue. I had to climb back up to install the camera and the solar panel, took me hours and I was afraid of high. I also had to package it and return it. I still don't know how to cancel the cloud subscription yet.

We bought two Anran cameras. One will scan and the other is stationary. Love the cameras but the stationary one will only charge to about 26% while the other one will charge into the 90 % on a sunny day. Then of a night the stationary one drops down to under 20 % and will not record movement. Is this normal?

These cameras work good for the price. Have a good Wifi reach. I have tried lesser cost one but very short Wifi reach.
