If its cold enough to wear this then u really dont care how u look and if u do dont go out. doesnt cover ears

does you nose poke out of the hole?

No, the hole should be positioned right under the nostrils for easy breathing, but it should not be visible.

does it slip over your head or fasten behind with velcro?

The item fastens behind your head with hook and loop material.

Does the holes make your lips / mouth show ? Like does your lips show through the mask ?

Yes and no, really. Someone would have to look pretty closely to see your lips moving through the holes because they are pretty small. Because I wear glasses, I have to basically do "duck face" when I breath while wearing the mask because it's the only way to prevent condensation from forming on the lenses.
