I'm a do-it-yourselfer. I learned how to create salon quality nails by patronizing nail salons and copying their techniques. Consequently, I began doing my own, for convenience as well as savings. I've done glue/filler, acrylic nails, and eventually a gel polish kit with UV lamp. Unfortunately, I developed an allergy to the acrylic nail products and the gel polish. I then resigned myself to using pre-colored full nail tips--but the weekly application of glue over my entire nail was doing my nails in--they became weaker and started to look gnarled. So, I let my damaged nails grow out, but they are very heavily ridged, and look terrible au naturelle. Then, I remembered the first technique I'd learned in the salon--glue and filler. Thankfully, I'm not allergic to that combination. I hope this product never becomes unavailable, because it's my only answer to having beautiful nails.

Okay if you have never tried this amazing white powder for your nails then you are missing out. I have natural nails and they do grow. So when one breaks right on my nail bed where it hurts soo much and I dont want to cut it. Well just apply this powder and its like new. It last long, I clean my house, do everything and it just stays. Never thought I found this product. My manicurist used it on me once and that was it. Its 100 times better than super glue!!!!!!!!!!

I first tried orly’s repair kit to fix a cracked or broken nail. This worked well and was delighted that I was now able to improve my nail’s and manicure’s appearance. I dislike nails of various lengths and have physical working hands so my nails are vulnerable. When it came time to replace the Orly kit, I was steered towards this nail filling powder instead. Wow! What an improvement! It is a much finer powder granule and therefore was easier for me to create a smooth, strong repair. I’ve even built an extension for a missing corner/piece of nail and had it wear well! I will not be without this product in my nail prep products. This 12 piece set will ensure that!
