Easy to use. Stiff when first used but when you know how much pressure is required to open it and then use it it is excellent. You can massage the exact spot on the neck that needs attention.

I found it very awkward to use and therefore pressure was ineffective. Was delivered on time, feels well made but I’ve sent it back and received immediate refund.

This massager is inadequate and lacks ergonomic design, causing discomfort during use. Its structural integrity is questionable, with flimsy materials contributing to its instability. The limited range of motion restricts its effectiveness, making it challenging to target specific areas of the body. Although the adjustable roller direction provides some utility, it fails to compensate for its overall deficiencies.

It is designed to massage the neck, but it is super small and would not fit around my neck. Only for small statured users (I am 6'3" / 210 lbs). Returned..

It is lightweight plastic and made for people with small necks. Don’t waste your money.

This massager is not comfortable to work with and feels a bit flimsy. It is limited as to how far you can open it, which makes it hard to position on some areas of my body. The fact that the rollers can be turned in different directions is a plus.
